In this episode we had the pleasure of speaking to Brian O’Loughlin. Brian is the co-founder of Movement 101- a collective of professionals providing physical therapy to an array of clientele.
At Movement 101, the adaptability of the human body is held up as one of the highest values. This allows Brian and his colleagues to empower individuals, not to just recover from injury, but to excel into the future by harnessing the untapped potential their body holds.
In this podcast, we get to hear how Brian works with clients and how the philosophy he holds with regards to movement developed over the years. The conversation slowly reveals why Brian believes there are no good or bad ways to move. This may seem strange, with every ‘professional’ these days telling you the exact right way to do everything- with movement 101 its different. And the proof is in the results.
By holding un-restricted movement up as the gold standard, Brian and his colleagues have changed the lives of countless individuals. With a solid base already established, movement 101 is poised to extend its reach further in 2020 with various workshops and seminars already planned.
